Yes. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. We can also arrange video factory tours if needed.

Yes. We recommend starting with a pilot batch to test your market before moving to larger production.

Normally 20–35 days depending on product type and packaging complexity.

7. What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Long-term partners may have flexible terms.

8. Can you customize formulas?

Yes. We support OEM and private label formula development based on your target market and positioning.

9. Can I use my own formula?

Yes, we can produce based on your provided formula after technical evaluation.

10. Do you offer functional pet food recipes?

Yes. We develop functional formulas such as weight control, urinary care, joint support, and digestive health.

11. Do you provide packaging design?

We support private label packaging. You can provide your design, or we can assist with layout adjustments for compliance.

12. Can you print my logo on the packaging?

Yes. All products can be produced under your brand with customized packaging.

13. What packaging types do you offer?

We offer cans, pouches, trays, stand-up bags, resealable bags, and bulk cartons.

14. Do you provide quality certificates?

Yes. We can provide relevant certificates and test reports depending on your market requirements.

15. Are your ingredients traceable?

Yes. All raw materials are sourced from approved suppliers and are fully traceable.

16. Do you support export documentation?

Yes. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates, and other required export documents.

17. Do you arrange shipping?

We can arrange shipping or work with your nominated freight forwarder.
